As Murray Turner your Liberal Democrat councillor for the area, explained to the nation on the BBC R4 Today Program, they promised this report 14 month ago after the last flooding incidents. The report should bring together there experience of all parties; the Environment agency, Environmental health, the local water board (Anglia Water) SKDC and Lincolnshire County Council.
